Our Mission

At Mommy and Me, our mission is to empower single mother-led households by preventing housing instability, promoting economic mobility, and strengthening family well-being through compassionate, Christ-centered support.

We exist to break cycles of poverty by addressing the root causes that place working single mothers at risk of homelessness and financial hardship. Through strategic partnerships, financial assistance, resource navigation, life-skills development, and holistic family support, we help mothers move beyond crisis toward lasting stability and self-sufficiency.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every mother deserves the opportunity to build a secure future for her family with dignity, support, and hope. We are committed to creating pathways that not only stabilize families today but also transform generations to come.

Our work is not crisis-only intervention. It is prevention, stabilization, and transformation.

Our Vision

At Mommy and Me, we envision a future where no single mother has to choose between providing for her family and keeping a roof over their heads. We imagine communities where working single mothers have equitable access to safe housing, economic opportunities, supportive resources, and the tools necessary to achieve long-term independence. We believe assistance should empower families rather than create dependency, preserving dignity while fostering accountability, confidence, and growth.

Through our Single Moms Succeed (SMS) Program and community partnerships, we are helping redefine what family support looks like moving beyond temporary relief toward sustainable solutions that prevent homelessness before it begins. Our vision is to build a model of prevention and empowerment that can be replicated in communities everywhere, creating systems that strengthen families, break cycles of poverty, and help mothers and children thrive.

This is more than ending homelessness.
